Dreaming On A Summer Day
by Gerard J. Surprenant

A young frog looked out one day
'Cross the shore and to the bay.
Dreamt of sailing ships on seas.
Dreamt of roaming with the breeze.

Reaching out to Timbuktu
'Cross the seas of green and blue
Gliding o'er a silvery wave
With caps of white, a site to save

Sailing towards the sinking sun,
'Cross the waters, on the run
Golden stars to show the way
Silver dreams for a summer day.
